On January 04.2007 Athens Missed picking up our entire easement. I spoke to Athens on January 5 2007 they will contact route supervisor Martinez and he was to arrange a pickup on January 5, 2007. However Mr. Martinez told the office he already pick up the trash on January 04, 2007 in the late evening. There for cancelled the pickup. What is going on I pay a monthly fee of which I'm entitled for a service I pay for. What about my neighbors$%: The other easements on this block your drivers our not forgetting to pick up there trash. Athens neglected to honor there agreement to pick up trash in 2006 too. Athens did not pick up 5 times and I contact supervisor of City Hall to help resolve this issue. According to Mr. Martinez route manager at that time Same excuse drivers forgot this easement. I request you adjust my bill each time you make this type of mistake. If you refuse I will seek legal action against Athens. Because we have children and large trash pose a threat to public health and safety. Our children can be hurt while playing on the easement, and rodents and other animals will be glad to turn them into well built Housing units. Some rodents our very dangerous.
